Welcome to AutodromeF1 Live Timing for the 2026 Formula 1 Season – The New Era of Formula 1 Starts Here.

The 2026 Formula 1 season is not just another season, it is a complete reset. For the first time since 2014, F1 has new power unit regulations, new chassis regulations, and two new manufacturer battles. This is why live timing is more important than ever, and this page is your real-time window to every second of the action.

What is New in Formula 1 2026?

The biggest change is the power unit. The complicated MGU-H is gone. The new PU will produce almost 1000 horsepower with a 50-50 split between the 1.6L V6 turbo engine and a much more powerful electrical system. Drivers will have around 470 horsepower of electric energy to deploy every lap, which means battery management and energy harvesting will decide races. You will see this live in our gaps – a driver saving energy will drop 0.5s per lap and then attack with 3 seconds of extra boost.

Second is active aerodynamics. The 2026 cars have movable front and rear wings with two modes – Z-Mode for corners with high downforce, and X-Mode for straights with low drag. There is no DRS anymore. Instead, there is a manual override button called MOM that gives extra electrical power when you are within one second. Our race control feed on this page will show you when MOM is active.

Third is sustainable fuel and lighter cars. Cars are 30kg lighter, 200mm shorter, and run on 100% sustainable fuel. Tyres are also narrower, which means more sliding and more strategy variance.

New Teams and Driver Grid

2026 brings Audi as a full works team taking over Sauber, with a German power unit built in Neuburg. Red Bull Ford Powertrains debuts with Red Bull Racing and Racing Bulls. Cadillac has also been confirmed as the 11th team for 2026, taking the grid to 22 cars.

The driver market is wild – Max Verstappen vs Charles Leclerc vs Lando Norris vs Oscar Piastri vs George Russell remains the core fight, plus Lewis Hamilton’s final years with Ferrari, and young talents like Kimi Antonelli, Oliver Bearman and Isack Hadjar in top seats.

Why This Live Timing Page Matters

With so many new variables – battery state, active aero modes, fuel saving – the TV broadcast cannot show everything. Our AutodromeF1 Live Timing does. We pull live data directly from the official timing feed and update every 5 seconds. No 40-second delay like other websites.

On this page you get live positions for all 22 drivers, gap to leader, interval to car ahead, last lap, best lap, sector times with purple for overall fastest and green for personal best, tyre compound with age, number of pit stops, and live race control messages for flags, investigations and penalties.

During Practice you can see long-run pace and tyre degradation. During Qualifying you see live knockout in Q1, Q2, Q3. During Sprint and Race you see undercuts, overcuts, safety car windows and fastest lap points.
